Someone who got his camera a bit earlier. You can either use google translate, or just look at the pictures.

Note: according to Hugo, the oversea 045n2 version (the ones you guys will get) has the fresnel installed on the user side under a protection glass, where has the domestic 045n2 version (the one in the following link) has a detachable fresnel installed on the lens side.

Some quick conclusions:
1) Still no zero detents for front and rear swinging.
2) The guy claimed the focusing is smoother as advertised.

I like the look of the rear swing now, that looks more intuitive :) I don't do much rear swing, but if I did this would be a nice little update.

those are supposed to be ball bearing containers, added to improve the smoothness of focusing.

That's the teak? Looks good. I'm happy. Can't wait.

Looks nice. However, I was hoping the teak would be a bit darker of a wood. Oh well, still looks good :)

Rear swing seems to have better functionality.

Anyone know if these changes will make it to their other cameras?

I wonder if you will be able to purchase the parts to upgrade the 45n1? It looks like the rear swing could be added pretty easily.

My 45n1 is fine, but I would like some rear swing!

Hugo??? are you out there?

I asked if the 5x7 would be updated and he said not anytime soon.

Rear swing seems to have better functionality.

Anyone know if these changes will make it to their other cameras?
