Hi all,

Does anybody use LF lenses with no rear element to get a different coverage?

I tested my Schneider-Kreuznach 75mm with no rear element and it seemed to become a 150mm.

Regards!

Yup, those are called convertable lenses. But the practice is to put the element to the rear, even if it's the front element, as it's best to have the aperture in front.

And watch out for focus shift; sometimes it pops up in a lens that didn't have it when using both elements!

And welcome to the forum!
