Heliopan 105mm Polarizer Filter sticking

Hi All
Problem with the above filter sticking on rotation.
Just seems to be in one spot, other than that its ok.
Anyone got a remedy to free this, it as brass threads if that useful.
I've tried Heliopan Germany but as yet have had no reply.

If you are in the USA you would send it to us, not the factory. If you are in another country you would contact the distributor for that factory.

Thanks for your reply.
I'm in the UK, I've contacted Heliopan Germany by email several times but had no response.
I'm going to Focus UK this wednesday maybe someone there can help.
