I was recently at the Horseshoe Bend on the Colorado River. On my 4x5 camera, my 90 mm lense wasn't even close to capturing the view. Can anyone tell me what 4x5 lens would cover the scene fully? I have seen full photos. Maybe a super wide digital camera lens was used or two photos were stiched in photoshop? Thanks.

looks like 75mm gets you a good way there, scroll down to near the bottom of the page

On my "old" APS sensor DSLR I needed 11mm (16.5mm on 35). Unfortunately for the hour I was at the bend, the same photographer was set up on the rock over looking the scene. It was mid afternoon so maybe he was waiting for the sun to go down, who knows. So a 65-75mm may make it, I spent the whole time out there drooling over folks with large format gear. The ones I talked to were traveling in campers for extended periods. With a job best I can do is maybe 10 days, airline baggage fees have taken some of the fun out of traveling with LF.
