Lensboard help

Anyway, I am in the drawing stages of a 20x24. What size lensboard would you recommend? Keep in mind the early lenses and their size. Right now, I have a 14" drawn, but feel that is overkill. Would 12" make more sense?

9x9 was the standard size for most studio cameras and the B&J 11x14, so you might consider that. It would allow to to swap lenses with someone else with that size lensboard, and will handle a very large lens.
