Ilex no. 5 Shutter/1 blade broken

Can anyone let me know if a broken blade (recessed) on the shutter of my Ilex no.5 can be repaired or do i need to find a replacement shutter that would work with a Wollenstak Velostigmat series II 12" inch focus lens. Any Recommendations on who can fix it if it is possible?????? My repair guy could not. Many Thanks!!!!!
