Clearly, development issues in the streaky sky. I've seen similar results. It looks like the image was starved for developer. How did you process this? If tray processed, did you inadvertently have the negative placed face down in the developing tray?

i developed in a job reel tank like i do all my other sheets, that reel is meant for 6 negs i put two in, and the weirdest thing is the streaks are also on the borders(that is where there's not supposed to be image...weird

Before making any judgements - I always liketo see a negative first hand. Based on the image n my screen, I may be way off, but that imprint on the boarder looks more like it was struck by light. Did it appear on BOTH negatives that you developed together? Where they from opposite sides of the same film holder?

@ W K Loncor
just one negative was affected, i thought the same too but it seems the light starts well in the middle of the frame- around where the feet are...

IF YOU DEVELOPED TWO SHEETS AT THE SAME TIME - AND ONLY ONE HAS THE EFFECT. i AM EVEN MORE CONVINCED THAT IT IS A LIGHT STRIKE (OOPS - JUST REALIZED THE CAPS LOCK WAS ON) Funny things can happen when you are using a view camera back -- something not quite "set" in place -- a tiny light leak here or there --can easily not do anything till it gets to the mid image area because a part of the camera was shading part of the film. For this much effect -- both negs in the developer at the same time would be effected similarly.
