Search control board for eversmart supreme

I have problem's with my eversmart supreme. I can't calibrate. I tested with the diagnostics software and it show me problems with the ram's on my board. Now I search an another board. A new board is very expensive. Perhaps anyone have a defective scanner and to sale me the control board. Thank's
