Experience with Gitzo GT2531LVL?

This is the leveling tripod. I am thinking about upgrading my metal Gitzo to reduce weight and for faster set up. The leveling feature does not add much to the cost, but I am wondering if any one has used one.

I have one and absolutely love it.

I try to "synchronise" the levelling of the LVL collar with the levelling of the tripod head, before going out. It's not perfect but it certainly makes it possible to not have to bother adjusting leg lengths too accurately - all I have to do is to setup the tripod roughly level, put on the camera, swivel the LVL collar and I'm almost ready to shoot.
