copal connundrum

My Copal 1 froze up:eek:
It's cocked, but cannot be fired, either with a cable release or manually.
It won't budge!
Any suggestions before I send it off for repairs?
Any quick fix I've overlooked?

Make sure the preview lever is COMPLETELY closed, or move it back and forth a few times. Can it be moved?

Yes the preview lever opens and closes. I moved it back and forth a few times and...I can trip the shutter!
