Howdy from West Central Texas!

Having experienced a little LF in the mid 70's but nothing since then, I am beginning to regain my interest.

Have hung with 35 mm film over the years, refusing to "go digital" for some reason. Maybe it is my refusal to accept digital as an art form as film is.

Feel like I am starting over, as I have forgotten more than I ever knew about LF. Haven't seen anyone using LF for years, but am looking forward to learning enough to taking some great shots of the scenery from here through the southwest. I hope to learn a lot from reading postings from all of you!

Welcome to group therepy, Glenn! You'll find lots of info and opinions here! Do you have a LF camera or are you just beginning to plan?

I have a Calumet Cambo, but am beginning to look for a few lenses and other accessories. Found a color lab in Ft. Worth to develop and print (not enough room or time to set up a darkroom).

You're starting with a good camera...one of the three 4x5's I have. Lenses are where you find them...I've bought many off of eBay, a few from individuals and mail order retail sources. Good luck finding some good ones...be sure to check out the classifides here, too.
