I guess that's great if you live in the UK. Shipping to the US would be a major expense, no doubt.

I'm going to give MagCloud (http://magcloud.com/) a try. Just received a sample. Pretty good quality (for an Indigo press) and I can do my own design (graphic designer day job). 20 cents a page to print/ship, plus your markup (if any).

Magcloud is great, especially if you are interested in not having to commit to a large print run.
