Hi everybody,
My family runs a small printing house in Romania, and we want to make a calendar for 2010 as a gift for our partners,
Something about like black and white landscapes or black and white fine arts (or something else what you prefer)
The size would be around A3 (max B3), the picture size 5X7 (or 5X8), the paper 150 gr. white mat.
12 pages + cover + 1 page dedicated for photographers and for the details about the captures.
A kind of minimal...
I can't pay for the pictures, but I will send to everybody who is interested few (5) copies, and under the pictures or/and on the last pages will be mentioned the e-mail address or/and phone number or/and website where someone can buy the actual enlargement.
We intend to make 150 copy in total.
About the technical details: I will ask everybody to upload the picture (at least 300 dpi) to our ftp server or if not the picture is not to big on e-mail, and after the layout is ready I will send to everybody to ask her/his opinion.
What do you think? Is it a totally stupid idea?
