I recently bought an older version of the 45s head, but I suspect there is a cable missing. I have the power cable which turns the head on, but there is a 3 wire plug on the underside of the head that I suspect triggers the lamp. Does anyone know where to buy one of these??

Cheers

My 45s heads all have two cords, one which turns on the fan via the white toggle switch on the front of the unit, and the other plugs into the timer and controls the lamp. Both cables should come out of the head with plugs.

The 45s head that I got has one power cable coming out of the right hand side that powers the unit on and runs the fan. There is a three prong port on the bottom of the left side that says it's for the timer. This 45s is pretty old I think..

Does it look like a recessed version of a standard AC line cord plug? If so then a single outlet extension cord will work - should be available at the hardware store.

If that isn't it, then can you post a picture/sketch/scan of the outlet?
