Galleries in Germany or England?

Can anyone recommend commercial galleries in either country? Ones that might be interested in urban landscapey kinds of things, maybe ones that think New York is cool (I know that sounds ridiculous, but I think it's gotten my foot into a door or two).

None of these cheap Americans is buyng anything from me, I might as well widen the net ...

Could you tell us more? How exactly did he manage to steal them? Where they on consignment and he just never paid?
