Dallmeyer lens

Does anybody know old a lens can be if it is coated ? And does anybody know just how good a Dallon Dallmeyer tele anastigmat lens is ? It is 12" f/7.7 and is in an old Compur shutter. Can it be much worse than a modern tele lens ?

If its coated, its probably post WW2. Most LF shots will use a lens stopped down to F22 or more, so it will probably be diffraction limited, so sharpness will be similar to a modern lens in that case.
