Hello, is anyone here using Ilford Cibachrome Mark II drums to develop their film and prints?
I've bought some 16 1/2' and 8 1/2' drums, but I am not able to locate any reference on how much chemicals are required.

I'd like to develop 4x5 and 8x10 bw negatives, and maybe do some 8x10 print too.

thank you for any hint

Andre

I do this on occasion using Tmax B&W film. I use the original Cibachrome drums with the original volume recommendations. 8X10 drum 75 ml.; 11X14 drum 150 ml.; 16X20 drum 360 ml. This should work fine with unidirectional or reciprocating agitation. Make sure you level the drum and if you use a water bath watch out for the drain end of the drum - the fluid exit holes are dangerously near the outside edge of the drum so there is a risk of tempering water entering through and diluting the bath chemistry.
