I came across an old open box of 4x5 type 55 film in my closet the other day that went out of date in 2/97. I shot two sheets and both looked as good as the date I purchased it.

Pretty amazing. That's more than 12 years! The envelopes didn't fall apart when you tried to pull them through the developer?

I've look at other places and Polapremium seems to be the lowest price. But, $176 a box is way over my head. I have three shots left, then it's gone.

It's like loosing a good friend. :(
