Determine paper grade with Ilford EM10

How do you determine the grade of paper needed for printing? Is it possible to do such task with ilford EM10 ?

I use the Darkroom Automation Enlarging Meter to determine paper grade. Works great with the F-Stop Timer. I don't have any experience with the Ilford meter.

I've done it measuring high and low values and taking lots of notes. Experiment with it and see what happens.

To me, that's a subjective question. So, my answer is: by experience and preference.
