Schneider Symmar S 360mm F 6,8 lens - What case?

I picked up one of these lenses with the intention of using it mostly at home for portraits because it is so huge. I did not quite appreciate the actual size until I saw it in person. Now I don't know what to put it in. I don't want to leave it sitting on a shelf.

Any recommendations for a one lens case or improvised arrangement for storing/carrying this lens?

I carry my 360 f5.6 Symmar in an old 5.25" floppy disk storage box. With a bit of foam padding it works well enough, and there's certain je ne sais quoi about unlocking that daft little lock on the front halfway up a mountain in a howling gale.

CD cases usually fit a 5.25" board too.
