Pardon all the questions, but I'm not yet that knowledgeable in the large format world, and there's so much to be confused about!

While looking for a 4x5" back for some homemade projects, I came across a 13x18 to 4x5" Linhof reducing back. As it was offered locally and for a reasonable price, I jumped on it. Now that it has arrived though, I'm not entirely sure that was a good idea..
The back seems to use a different system and certainly doesn't seem to accept any of my lisco film holders! (They are too big)
What kind of holders does this back use, and what would be a reasonable selling price if I were to sell it again? The viewing hood unfolds automatically when unlocked, and the groundglass looks reasonably clean, and measures 3.7x6.2", making me think it's not even a 4x5" back at all.

It's a back for single sheet film and plate holders 9x12cm, made for a Technika II 10x15cm or 13x18cm camera.
