I am officially launching my new website today. It's been on line for a week but I've had some tweaking to do. I'd love to get some feedback from people as far as ease of use, how it looks on your particular monitor or maybe if there is an included image that really leaves you scratching your head as to why I bothered with it.

At least 3/4 of the images are shot with 8x10 or 4x5 film with a small handful being 35mm.

Thanks for looking, I appreciate your time!

I'm on a Mac using Safari

None of your links work except the Find Me link. And once you click on that, all the other links are stuck there as well.

hmmm, you may have fixed it since "Richard Coda" posted, but I surf using Safari on a Mac and clicks open links, voila different pages, pictures ... HtH

I just tried again... it worked on the first two links (from the top) but then got stuck on that second link.

I think I figured this out. If I click it gets stuck. If I click and HOLD it proceeds to the correct page. Your HTML must be wrong.

Oops, spoke too soon.. Still getting stuck, but I get farther before it happens.

There's something wrong with your HTML for sure. Also, the position seems to shift when clicking on links. That should all stay in exactly the same spot.

Aside from the formatting problems, I really like the work, and my favorite is the derby hat image, and love the Vegas abstracts.

Thanks to everyone that replied. I now realize there are some serious problems with the code/html on this site and I'm working on finding someone that can fix the problems. I may end up just taking it all off line until it can be fixed. There is no point directing someone to a site that they can't access or that has maneuvering problems. If they get frustrated they will leave the site and not bother coming back; most likely I'd never even know about it. Definitely not what I want.

Looks good.

By the way, I am on a Mac using Safari. No problem viewing.

Looks good to me, too. No problems navigating on your site. I'm using a PC with Windows XP. Very well done!

I have no problem accessing your site and the links do work on my Windows/XP platform. I would suggest more space between your thumbnails because they seem to become a mass of information that is not easily discernible. Additionally if you could group your vertical and horizontal images into categories it would lead to a cleaner presentation. In lieu of grouping more attention to the thumbnail arrangement would help, in my opinion.

Good work to this point. Thanks for posting this.

It is a nice looking site with great images. It looks like you are using Adobe Go Live - my suggestion would be to get rid of it, as it produces very heavy and non-standard code. That may well be the source of problems that some have reported.

The structure is simple enough that you can either hand-code your html and css yourself or have someone who's good at it do it for you and then use one of the gazillion gallery plugins/modules such as SlideShowPro (http://slideshowpro.net/).

Thanks again for the helpful comments! I have a new web guy now and he is redoing the site for me. Based on suggestions I've been given, there will be several changes that I think will make it a much better site and more enjoyable to view.

I'll post again when the changes have been made.

Okay, the new, revised, improved (whatever) website is up and running. I listened to all the suggestions and I think this is a much better site now! It runs well on all browsers and is easier to maneuver through. Because of the way the original site was configured, the thumbnails are what they are, but the spacing is better. Feedback is appreciated and I hope you enjoy looking at the site.
Thanks, Tori
