Digital back rental outside London?

Other than Calumet, which appears only to rent out Leaf backs from Manchester (according to the rental guide), are there any other rental places north of London that hire out digital backs, particularly Phase One?

The flash centre have branches in Birmingham and Leeds - they'd surely do rental and it would be Phase. I totally abandoned rental in the end, it's a total rip!
