Can 8X10 film box / quickload film box be fitted in Domke large size lead bag? If not, which one is an alternative?

What for? Lead bags are useless to detrimental! They have barely any effect on cosmic radiation, which is mostly way too hard for any portable shield. And they are worse than useless against airport scanners. These will increase x-ray levels until they have proper exposure - which will cause significantly (inversely proportional to the bags damping factor) increased levels on film, as the film will be hit by radiation after one layer of shielding, which then is further reduced by the second before it hits the sensor. A 90% reducing bag will subject the film to five times increased levels rather than protect it in any way...

A couple of

1. Ship film via ground transportation. Buy the film on location and after exposing ship home for process via UPS or other ground shipment. Arrange for a local store to receive your order of film from a distributor if possible.

2. Arrive extra early at the airport request a hand inspection of the film. TSA will use sniffers and other devices to hand inspect the film. After exposure if you do not want to hand carry film home see #1 above.

Freescale in California sells black poly bags and cardboard mailers for film sizes from 4X5 to ULF. You can load each exposure in its own bag/mailer.
