I would like to digitally print scanned black and white negs with the neg border in place - Does anyone have a method for doing this or a know of a frame which can be used? I have seen it done with a polaroid frame
Many thanks.

Its easy when you wet mount on the scanner whether it is a drum scanner or a flatbed as you dont need the mounting frame. I find wet mounting on a drum easier because you can stretch the transparency around it but I know people who sucessfully wet mount on flatbeds.

Doug Fisher at Betterscanning makes a glass carrier for negatives up to 5x7 that will show the whole negative.

You can also scan 35mm film with a dedicated 120 film scanner as well.

This of course will require a film holder with a glass hold down such as found on the Nikon 9000 or the Microtek/Polaroid/Minolta MF scanners. The former option would be my preferred choice.
