I have an old Wollensak 8" 5.6 Raptar Telephoto lens housed in a Graphex shutter (made by Wollensak for Graflex). I bought it several years ago to use with a Century Graphic. I covers the 6x7 and 6x9 this camera was designed for. I really have not used it much and the shutter really needs a CLA (which I just learned stands for "Clean, Lube, Adjust" ).

Does anyone know if this lens is pretty good, historically speaking? I'm sort of wondering if it is worth fixing.

I just bought a Cambo 4x5. Does anyone know if this lens will cover a 4x5?

Mine is excellent, and covers 3.25x4.25, but definitely not 4x5.

Won't cover 4x5, but your new Cambo will take a Graflex 6x7 or 6x9 roll film holder! :)

They also made both a 10' and a 15" tele-photo that do cover 4x5 format. Some were in shutter and some were in barrel. Check for Tele-Optar and Tele Raptar on E-Bay.
