Hi,

Hope your all well, My name is damion and have been using film cameras for a few years now, I help run the Filmwasters.com website. Ive just got myself a Cambo 5 x 4
and im new to LF photography so im hoping someone here could help me out and also excuse potentially stupid questions, of which i have 2.....

1) Ive just got my hands on a cambo 5 x 4, I think ive set it all up ok, with the exception of the GG screen.
The screen is held on by a frame with 2 metal arms which have curved ends which sit under a small bar in the frame that rotates, somehow I have managed to get the GG screen and its frame with the metal arms off the back bit. I now cant seem to get it back on, nothing has snapped, bent or otherwise but it wont go back on? How do i do this?

2) how and where do i insert the darkslides?

hoping you can help!

Thanks

Damion

That happens on my Cambo, it's partially due to poor design rather than over zealous opening of the back.

Excellent. Welcome to LF, and The Forum.
They're not perfect, but Cambos are fairly nice and very usable.
