Hello folks,

Does anyone of you have data on developing efke 100 sheet film at its nominal sp eed in Agfa Rodinal? At digitaltruth.com, I only found sheet film data about *pu sh* processing at 200 (14 minutes in 1+50)resp. 400 ASA (24 minutes in 1+50) - t he times equal the pushing times for 35mm -, and there is 35mm data on slightly pull processing it at 80 ASA (5 minutes in 1+25). Can I use that 35mm data for s heet film? Do you have experience about processing it at 100 ASA (say 6 minutes in 1+25 as a guess)?

Cheers,

Hi David, 6 to 8 at 1:25 might be a good guess, but I'd think that would be for a fairly rainy day. 1:50 or 1:75 for a landscape at 8 to 12, but I'm guessing. Best, David

Start with times for a comparable film like Agfapan 100, although Efke is likely to have fuller emulsion speed compared to Agfapan.

You might try conducting your own film speed test, and then you would know the correct speed and procedure for your equipment. Pat

I used to develop their 120 roll film in Rodinal (1:100) for 11 minutes at 75 degrees to obtain an EI of 100. That was 10 years ago.

David,

I just got my shippment from Fotoimpex in Berlin. Their website has these developing times etc for PL100 http://www.fotoimpex.de/Technik/Entwicklertab/entwicklertab.HTM

Cheers and Good Luck!
