Help with Gossen Variosix F

I just laid my hands on an old Gossen Variosix meter which is great, it's compact, tough and I have figured out how to use it pretty quick. The only thing that I am not sure about is when you hold both function buttons on the face of the meter down for 2-3 seconds the display shows "Sr" and you can change values from 0 to 15 using the up and down arrow keys on the side of the meter, what does this mean!?

Also, does anyone know where I can get my hands on a 5 degree spot attachment?
