I just received this on Art Deadlines List from the LA Center for Digital Art. All visual media that have some digital component count, no limits on subject matter that I can tell. One of the judges is a MOCA curator. Online registration and upload, 30 bucks for 3 images, another 30 for another 3. More info here.
