Can I use this lens with this camera ? Can you explain me how to mount it ? Do I need a special lensboard ?

Thanks a lot

This lens is more or less a standard lens for this type of camera. (150mm is considered to be the "normal" focal length for 4x5", but many prefer to start with a 210mm lens.)
You need an ordinary Sinar-type lensboard. I assume that the lens is mounted in a copal no. 1 size shutter. (It could be in a different shutter, e.g. a Prontor, but the shutter size should be the same.) So you need to find a lensboard which is drilled for a size 1 shutter, that's all.
The first thing to do when you are about to mount the lens to the shutter is to unscrew the back element of the lens. There could possibly be shimming rings, so be observant to take care of those. On the back of the shutter there's a locking ring which you simply unscrew. Now you can drop the shutter (with the front element...) into the hole in the lensboard. Put the locking ring back and tighten it. Put back the back element (and the shims if there are any). Now you can use the lens. In total it may take around 2-3 minutes to mount the lens in the very first time you do it.

Thanks a lot Björn for your answer. I have the chance to buy a Sinar x with two Sinaron S DB Lens ( 180 and 240mm ) like new and at a very good price. Also have an Ebony 45SU with the 210mm Symmar. That is why I've asked the question.

Thanks again

As long as you get a shutter with the Sinar you will be well off with the two rebranded Rodenstock lenses as well.
