I just Jobo processed some negatives the other night with ID-11 1-3 at N+1 so that put me at a development time of 22mins, my negatives came out SUUPPPER thin, is that a result of the developer exhausting in the Jobo??

No, there must be something else wrong. You dont say what film, how many of what size, how much developer, temperature etc. but either the developer is off, or you have used far too little developer. D76/ID-11 doesn't exhaust easily, nor does it go off for quite some time, so something else is happening here.

Thin in the shadows would be exposure. Thin in the highlights would be developing.

Try it diluted 1+1.

I use ID11 1+1 in the Jobo because that gives me just enough developer to do the job, so I can treat it as a one-shot. Unless you have increased your volumes over those Jobo recommends I think that 1+3 wouldn't contain enough developer.

How did you come up with 22 minutes? Were your previous N+1 negatives appropriate at 22 minutes?

I use ID-11 in a Hp Combi tank and I use ID-11 in a BTZS tube , I use all in a dilution of 1-3 : Now FP-4 says I should develope it at 1-3 for 17 mins for a ISO 50 But I have found 9 and one half mins works for me I never do more than 4 sheets at a time in the HP- combo something went wrong with your calculations !! Thats all I can figure :
