Is it possible to take a barrel mounted Apo Ronar etc. off the camera and use it on an enlarger with good results?

Does anyone have first hand experience doing this with any LF lenses?

Yes, absolutely.
The basic apo ronar or dialyte design being perfectly symmetric give their best performance at the 1:1 ratio.
However some apo ronars were designed for repro benches and, according to the kind of job done, some were optimised for a certain reproduction ratio different from 1:1, e.g. 1:10 or so.
However the apo ronar is so good that even if you use is at another magnification ratio than 1:1 in general you'll get excellent results even at infinity.

The only minor inconvenient is that apo ronars open at f/9 whereas classical 6-element enlarger lenses open at f/5.6 hence making focusing easier.
