Anyone have Literature for De Golden Busch Lenses?

I'm looking for a copy of the sales literature for the De Golden Busch Lenses. Particularly those with the lens specs (coverage, cross-section drawings)

PDF is acceptable. Or if you can photocopy and send via snailmail, I'd be happy to pay the reproduction costs (PM me).

You can see one such page on Doug Busch's website. Unfortunately correspondence with him has revealed that he lost all his literature due to a basement flood several years ago. this one page remained and is posted.

Do a Google search, the spec is still on the old Golden Busch website, and they were discussed here a few weeks ago.
