We just finished hanging a small show of my urban landscapes at the Brooklyn Heights branch of the Brooklyn Public Library.

Details here (http://www.paulraphaelson.com/downloads/raphaelson_10_yr.pdf).

This is the first time I've ever hung silver prints and ink prints side by side. It will be interesting to see if people express a preference.

It's in a pretty institutional (and booze-free) space, so unfortunately there won't be any kind of formal reception. But it will be up through the end of they year. Feel free to swing by any time during library hours.

Congrats

Just curious, how large are these and how do you present them?

small! they range from 4x5 contact prints to 11-1/2 x 9.
I printed a couple 40x50 once, just for fun. But those aren't in the show.
Presentation is traditional white window mats, black frames, etc. etc.

Congrats Paul. Wish I could be there to see it in the flesh.

I like your description of the project very much. Motivated, not blotivated. It's fascinating to me how quickly what we thought were issues turn into a comfortable nostalgia.
