I remember visiting his site a couple years ago and thought his work was as good, if not better, than most color photographers whose work I'd seen.
He has a masterful eye with color compositions for sure.

Brad, thanks for leading me to Pauls site. His work is what I call clean - each image boiled down to its' essence - no distractions. I'd love to see original prints, if he does that.

Yes, his stuff is beautiful. One thing of interest in Paul's work is that there is almost never a horizon to be seen. If you like his stuff and haven't seen CHarles Cramer's, you should. Similar, but different as well:

I think both do beautiful work. I was reminded of them just yesterday when reading "Examples: The Making if 40 Photographs" by Ansel Adams. Here are a couple quotes:
"...the more convinced I became that the inclusive landscapes - striking as many undoubtedly are - may not interpret the direct excitement and beauty of the mountain world as incisively as fragments, and close details, which are available in infinite number if the photographer will carefully observe."
(I thought this at one point, and thought there must be dozens of great shots out there waiting for me. Every time I go out I seem to have trouble finding them, however!)
"The natural detals by ... (Edward Weston, etc.) ...clearly suggest that landscape photography can be an intimate art form not necessarily dominated by the grand, remote aspects of the world or the passing of exciting events."
I think Paul posted on this site less than a year ago, in thanks after after Frank P also indicated an admiration for his work.
