Changing Bellows

Can anyone tell me how difficult it is to change a bellows from an early Linhof Tech III to the latest Tech III. Thanks ..... Jack

Not hard at all. Take your lens off, looking at the lens stage there are several screws that hold it on. The Back standard is the same...
