I've found 100mm, 90mm but no 95mm lens caps from any maker, anywhere!
I've tried the 95mm hassleblad pinch on cap but it actually corresponds to the 100mm large format size :(

Any suggestions would be welcome! :)

For what lens will the lens cap be used? In my experience, lenses with 95mm filter threads usually have a 100mm barrel diameter, allowing a 100mm push-on cap to be used.

SK Grimes can make a custom lens cap of any size, if need be. It will be relatively expensive, though.

Try B&H, they have very large selection.

a tip on caps from B&H. i recently bought a few. per their web site instructions i measured the outside diameter and ordered caps 1mm larger. their site was (maybe still is) wrong. order the size you measure.

Do you need a 95mm slip-on size or a 95mm screw-on size?

This (discontinued) lens needs a 95mm slip-on size... I have found the 95mm screw-on size to be equivalent to the 100mm slip-on cap size but this one is just a bit smaller :(

If you can't find the appropriate 95mm slip-on cap at B&H, Steve Grimes can machine very nice lens caps out of solid plastic. Check their website (http://www.skgrimes.com/index.htm).

I have at times, raided my wife's tupperware lids when I was in need of caps that are no longer made, there is one of there plastic lids that works out perfectly for a 95mm size, not the best looking, but it does the job and protects the element..

If the manufacturer is still in business, contact them. Otherwise, have Adam at SK Grimes make you one.

I had a similar problem with a 300mm 5.6 Symmar. I found I could take a plastic lid from a Jif peanut butter jar and shave the threads off the inside and get a perfect fit.
You might find a similar fit with other odd size lids from the kitchen. Remember to wash off the peanut butter first.

Have you considered making your own out of leather and cardboard. They really aren't very difficult and won't cost more than a few dollars. If you're interested, let me know and I'll write up a description for it.
