if I make an (do-it-yourself) 6x7 slide projector and need a super wide-angle lens, can I use any other existing lens of another 6x7 projector?:confused:

Or it is necessary to make a specifically made lens for the projector?

No, the lens doesn't have to be specific to the projector.
