What happened? I used to be able to do that in CS2 and it's useful for repeatability.

It's right there on the fly out dialog in the upper right corner.

Speaking of CS3, can anyone tell me if it's possible to reprogram the scroll button to zoom in and out as it used to do in PS5? I zoom in and out dozens of times during an editing session and having to use the zoom tool, even with a hotkey, is a PIA.

I'm sure you press and hold either CTRL, ALT, or CMD (if you're on a mac)... try it, I think one allows it, but I've not been on CS3 for over a month now and don't have access to it til september!.
