Important Update for 12x20 and 6.5x8.5 TMY 400 Orders from Glazer's

Hello All,

This is William from Glazer's Camera checking in with an update on the 12x20 and 6.5x8.5 TMY 400 orders we placed in June with Kodak.

We received a phone call yesterday from Kodak informing us that our orders from June were just now being processed and that we could expect the film in 4-6 more weeks. We were extremely unhappy with this delay and called our Kodak rep. We asked for an explanation and the best they could come up with was "We don't know what happened."

So, as it stands today, June 23, we are expecting the film in 4-6 more weeks.

We at Glazer's apologize profusely for this delay and hope that it won't inconvenience anyone. We are sort of at Kodak's mercy on this one and it's sometimes difficult to get a straight answer from them.
