thanks for the advice. I"m planning on putting up a bio and contact page in the next day or two.

Did you know that when paging forward through the images the entire page sometimes blanks out (to white) before loading the next image, other times the menu and image frame remain while the image is loaed - just looks a bit unintended. I'm using firefox as my browser. Paul

Thanks for letting me know it does that. I've noticed that behavior too and have been trying to fix it. Good to know it's happening on other computers. Right now I'm just using PHP and I'm just learning it. I was thinking about using actionscript and flash for the photos.
