Modern films are pre hardened so it's not normal now to add a hardener.

The Bleach can be Potassium Ferricyanide and Potassium Bromide for the toner, or Sodium Chloride instead of the Bromide for even warmer tones.

Foma films are fine, they don't need a hardener.

The Bleach should typically be:

Ilford IT-1 Bleach
100gms Potassium Ferricyanide
100gms Potassium Bromide
Water to 1 litre

Dilute 1+9 for use.

The stock solution has a long shelf life.
