I think the OP meant ULF and in ultra large format.
Unfortunately that lens weighs over 30 lbs. There are a lot of other affordable options in ~600mm/24" barrel mount lenses are known to be good performers (APO Ronars, APO Nikkors, etc.) at a small fraction of the weight of that beast.

Such a thing was also (first?) build by Klimsch at Frankfurt/Main, a factory for cameras and equipment in the field of graphic arts. It moves a thick glass plate in adjustable directions to un-screen images, increase the thickness of lines in drawings like maps and so on in combination with a lens like an Apo-Tessar or Apo-Ronar.
