Software for LF simulation

Hello,
I would like to know if there is a software that simulates LF settings with a normal picture. I think it's possible to imitate perpective, blur and most of LF parameters.
But is there anybody who have do this ?

I think that there are lots of people doing it. I know a guy who does the photography for a major international catalogue who moved from 4x5 to 35mm for this work. He says that Photoshop will do everything he needs. In his spare time, he teaches large format, but he makes a point of saying that in the commercial world large format is rapidly losing ground.
