Could some one give me, or point me in the direction where I can get the reciprocity times for the following colour neg films which I’m about to try in LF sheets.

"For exposures of 4 seconds or more, the exposure compensation indicated in the table below is required (+1/3). No color balance compensation is required for exposures within a shutter speed range of 1/4000 to 2 seconds."

"No filter correction or exposure compensation is required for PORTRA 160NC, 160VC, 400NC, 400VC, or 800 Films for exposures from 1⁄10,000 second to 1 second. For critical applications with longer exposure times, make tests under your conditions."
