The fold-up focusing hood looks sweet! Those lens boards are quite nice too. Is that a felt surface on the back?

If I could find a spair set of the metal mounting plates, I might try to make my own bag bellows :)

Like the look of the lens shade holder, is the idea of the leather wrap to do away with the protective plate on the ground glass that is currently a dog to get off I wonder??
