Kudos to Fuji film

I bought a couple of boxes of the new Velvia 50 in Quickloads several months ago. I was in Death Valley and used about 10 sheets of it. Two of the chromes had very, very warm tones under conditions in which they should have been very neutral. Other sheets were fine. I contacted Fuji and sent them the one unopened box and about 9 or 10 loose QLs.

Today I received 3 new boxes of Velvia 50 QL's. That is some excellent customer service!!!

...Today I received 3 new boxes of Velvia 50 QL's. That is some excellent customer service!!!I'd hold off on that conclusion until you confirm that the replacement film performs differently than what you shot in Death Valley. Have you checked the emulsion numbers? Are they the same?

The dates and emulsion #s are different. Hard telling if it got exposed to heat or what.
