I certainly can't read chinese, but I've been doing some deep research ahead of buying a Chamonix 8x10, and I found this link which seems to step-by-step show the manufacture and assembly process of what appears to be a Chamonix 8x10 or prototype. Probably as close to the factory as we'll get.
