Foundation for Photographic Preservation

It is the Foundation of Photographic Preservation which, I believe, is being headed up by Al Weber (seems today is my Al Weber post day).

The foundation was set up to help photographers or their heirs find repositories for their work. Seems like a good idea.

Just wanted to post this as I found it interesting.

I think the links don't work, I couldn't get them going on my PC either.

Maybe I will drop Al a note and find out more.

The link opened for me, though there wasn't much there yet; just the FfPP's mission statement, no links or contact information. But I wish them luck.

Personally, I'm hoping my work ends up in a well-respected, archival-quality dumpster...
